LIVE TRAINING DESCRIPTION

Words have power! The power to trigger another person in a positive way… OR in a negative way.

Words also have the power to reveal a subconscious agenda of another person IF we know how to listen. Problem is, most leaders don’t know the secret power of words. They don’t know about the words or phrases that, if used appropriately, create powerful and positive influence. They also don’t know about other words and phrases that can have dramatic negative effect. And, without knowing the hidden power of these common words, leaders make unintentional mistakes all the time.

In this Zoominar, Bill Truby will draw from his psychology background, as well as his experience in training leaders, to reveal what these powerful words are, how to use them effectively, and how to avoid misuse, thus triggering negative consequences. This Zoominar will make you a more aware, confident and influential leader.

Truby Achievements, Inc. exists to help hard working, technicians, clinicians, professionals and laborers who have been promoted to a leadership role, yet have not been given any leadership training. We have the quickest to learn, most practical set of leadership and management training…ever!

What do our attendees think of the trainings?

I recently attended Bill Truby’s leadership training on how to conduct a Defrag/Reboot Meeting. In one short hour, Bill shared his compelling leadership wisdom and insights on how to launch a powerful team restart that includes a sure-fire approach to reestablishing yourself as the unquestionable leader.

He also shared the concept of creating agreements with team members as a calibration point for accountability. This was a new concept to me and I will use it going forward.

I walked away with numerous tools I will implement when I return to my office next week. I highly recommend this training!
