During this session Bill will present some Leadership Tips and Tools, but the bulk of the time will be spent on answering YOUR questions and dealing with YOUR issues.
No matter what your issues or questions are, Bill has had such a vast history of experience in helping individual leaders, as well as large and small companies, he can undoubtedly help you, too. What is your latest people problem? How do you grow your company? What is the best way to deal with low performers? Or…anything else that keeps you up at night.
You can bring up anything you want. Bill will give you guidance on the spot, then point you to additional trainings in your membership to amplify his “spot-teaching.” (Non-members are welcome to join and listen to Bill’s input).
Bill says, “I love doing this. There have been times where organizations have scheduled me for a ‘Stump Bill’ day. The participants would list issues or questions on a white board, give me 15 minutes to prepare, then I’d train them for the rest of the day, answering their questions, and teaching them how to deal with their issues. I loved that challenge. But, in reality, it simply revealed what “grey hair experience” can do. My answers came from my experience more than anything else.”
