Showing gratitude to someone, from one perspective, can be a selfish act! [And not in a bad way]
Why? Because gratitude benefits the person expressing the gratitude.
I read an article from the Mayo Clinic recently, that showed that a person’s mood, their ability to sleep better, their stress levels,
all of this stuff is benefited by you making a daily practice of showing gratitude.
So if you want to benefit yourself? Say thank you to someone else.
