Look Where You Land

When an athlete performs some kind of maneuver where they’re in the air, and they’re twisting and turning, if you watch
them, you’ll notice that before they land, they look where they’re going to land.

There’s a lesson in acrobatics, in gymnastics… Look where you want to land. And then you’ll land where you want to look.

That’s a life lesson, isn’t it?

If you want to get somewhere, you’ve got to look at where you’re wanting to go.

Too many times we focus on what we don’t want. With our kids, with our employees, with our businesses, with our lives.

Instead of focusing on what you want, you focus on what you don’t want, trying to get rid of it, but that often can amplify it.

So if you want to land in a specific place, look where you want to land, and then you’ll land where you’re looking.
