Trust and Accountability

Communication and trust are the two most important ingredients on any team. You can build everything else – structure, information flow, systems, etc. – if you have communication and trust. But if you don’t have those two basic elements, everything else is tentative and ineffective.

This tutorial will focus on trust. What is trust? What is NOT trust? How do you build trust? And, how do you handle the situation and the team member if trust is broken?

In this teaching, like so many others, you may be surprised to learn how some of our long-held beliefs about trust actually damage a trust relationship. In fact, you will learn how some of these beliefs can actually PREVENT trust from being built.

As a leader, it is important that you learn this common-sense teaching that builds an interaction infrastructure, critical for any relationship – from teamwork to friendship.
