Continuous improvement is an absolute necessity in business. More and more companies are getting Chief Innovation Officers, or innovation departments to make sure there is an ongoing effort to improve. They have learned; Continuous improvement or innovation doesn’t just happen. It has to be overtly focused on.

However, you will learn in this training some important dynamics needed to have continuous improvement. There is a need to have this dynamic be a “mind set,” not just a program. The corporate culture must be a safe place for it to happen, without punishment. Indeed, individuals need to feel appreciated, acknowledged, even rewarded for improvement practices.

At the most basic level, continuous improvement simply causes you to not make the same mistake twice. At a more impacting level, continuous, innovative improvement keeps your company sustainable, competitive AND attractive to your customers.
