A good song. Can’t play it very well, but it’s still fun out here on the lake.

You know, there are seven areas of life that we need to give attention to in order to find balance.

There’s mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, relational, professional.

And the seventh one is recreational.

When Joanne and I help people, we find that that piece goes begging quite often.

Well, it’s important for you to find times to recreate, to re-create yourself.

And this is where Joanne and I do our recreating.

We love the boat. Love to get out and just do nothing, just vegetate.

So if you haven’t done anything for a while, choose to figure out some way to recreate. Feed your recreational piece and that may help you feel more balanced.

And then you can look in the mirror at yourself and go, YOU, are my sunshine.
