Does the area FEEL fulfilled or not? If you are not doing much in a given area but believe it needs no further attention, rate it a 10.


1. How mentally fulfilled do you feel right now?

This area reflects how engaged, stimulated, and mentally satisfied you feel in your day-to-day life. Consider whether your mind feels challenged in a healthy way, interested in what you’re doing, and mentally active — or whether it feels bored, overwhelmed, scattered, or underused. Focus on mental engagement, not how busy or productive you are.

Rate this area on a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 means this area feels very unfulfilled and 10 means it feels fully fulfilled for you right now. There is no ideal number — choose the one that best reflects your current reality.

As you chose your number, consider what thoughts, situations, or patterns stood out. Then, in the field after the rating, record anything related to how mentally engaged, challenged, or drained you’ve been feeling. This is simply a place to capture what you noticed in the moment, and it will help you reflect on your answers after the assessment.
