Your team hit their stride—this much is clear.
But great leaders know that the real Christmas spark,
Is being there for the team when the days just feel dark.

As you juggle the plans and the office soirée,
Don’t carry all the burdens that are too much to weigh.
Remember, even Santa delegates the pull through the snow
Ever thankful for reindeer, with a Ho, Ho, Ho.

So, pause for a moment—don’t let stress get the best,
Even Rudolph knows when to take an earned rest.
Spread kindness, share laughter, and aim ever higher—
