NOW you can focus on the implementation application YOU need. The former training tutorials were “all inclusive.” NOW each of the 8 steps in the Truby Management System are presented in four trainings:

  1. Basic Concepts – the foundational principles, truths, and trainings, plus the science and core dynamics of the step.
  2. Leading with Influence – specific training on techniques and tools to use with people you relate to, but only influence – people you have no control or authority over.
  3. Leading a Team – specific exercises, tools, and techniques to apply the step to building a high-performing team.
  4. Leading a Company – training on using the step with a broader, company perspective – sometimes similar to leading a team, often quite different as you apply the step to an ENTIRE company.
