You spoke… and we listened.

We have feedback from a number of you who have been members watching the trainings online, and it’s really been helpful.

 The online training is going really well. People are being benefited and is fulfilling my dream of being able to touch lives all over the place without having to literally be there.

However, it seems that folk were anxious to get into the meat of the training more quickly. I had the trainings organized so you went through a bunch of basic learning first and then you worked on your team and got down into the specific… do this, do this, do this and implement the Truby Management System which has eight steps of making a major difference in your world.

So here’s what we did. We reorganized the training so that you can begin immediately working on the team. Either fixing a dysfunctional team or developing the team you have. Then, there’s an adjunct course on all the leadership skills you need while you’re implementing the Truby Management System. And a third course on a leader’s well-being – how to have a healthy self-esteem, how to deal with stress, how to live a balanced life. All that you need to be a leader and do leadership skills, that create a high-performing team that has a group of people aligned, accountable, and owning what needs to be done to take initiative.
