The trainings in this skillset conclusively prove the need for continuous improvement, in all aspects of our life. This certainly true in a team environment, too.
This training outlines some simple ways to approach continuous improvement. Some are utilitarian. And some are just plain fun! However, if you don’t overtly implement improvement practices, they won’t happen on their own.
