Every team exists to do something. Not just anything – something. And that something is for somebody. An internal or external “customer.”
HR, IT, Financial services – all have internal customers. Production teams, project teams, teams that deliver a service all have external customers. However, the dynamics between team and customer are always the same.
The team can’t deliver what they want to deliver in isolation. There must always be consideration of the customer’s needs. This training shows you how to do that – which, in terms of our teaching, is a “value” the customer is wanting. Then, when the team delivers the desired value – that team becomes more VALUABLE!
