All teams have a clear structure. But there are many misconceptions and mistakes made in creating the team’s structure, often called an “org chart.” And it’s a bunch of “little things” that make a big difference on how it plays out.
This tutorial will reveal the simplicity of a team org chart, that actually becomes a working document. It’s not something that’s created, then put in a drawer, or hung on the wall, and never referred to again. Nor is it to create or honor rank.
Instead, it is a document that reveals lines of accountability, ownership of responsibility, and clear boundaries. It is THE tool used to solve problems, determine who needs to be involved in discussions about issues.
