It’s hard to see sometimes, and harder still to acknowledge – but relationships have a structure. No matter who you are relating to, a spouse, a boss, a neighbor, a friend – there are roles each person plays in the relationship. And, indeed, the relationship works because of those roles.
The roles aren’t necessarily about rank, or skill, or even experience. But there is a difference in what two (or more) people bring to the relationship table. And, when that isn’t clear, it can be confusing or problematic. If it IS clear, it can be amplified.
This training teaches you how to gently clarify the expectations each person has in relationships, focused specifically on relationships where you have influence, but no authority. Implementing the teachings in this tutorial can make those relationships more meaningful.
