There are many aspects to a relationship – with anyone; a customer, team member, boss, vendor, etc. Some relationship aspects are critical, others are enjoyable, still, others are beneficial. And, at the core of any of those aspects, there are elements such as communication, mutual fulfillment, clarity of understanding, boundaries, and other basic ingredients.

Yet, at the core of all of THOSE elements is a concept called “agreements.” Agreements provide an infrastructure of the above-mentioned components that create success for any kind of business (or even personal) relationship.
