There are many aspects to a relationship – with anyone; a customer, team member, boss, vendor, etc. Some relationship aspects are critical, others are enjoyable, still, others are beneficial. And, at the core of any of those aspects, there are elements such as communication, mutual fulfillment, clarity of understanding, boundaries, and other basic ingredients.
