In-Depth Assessment
Participants may opt for a more in-depth analysis of their business (or even personal life connections) done by Bill Truby. Bill has had 40 years of experience conducting business or team analysis, or 360’s for an individual. This process includes him candidly interviewing others in the business or the person’s life. He will also administer some scientific assessments (psychological, interpersonal and leadership effectiveness, to name a few). His assessment process will conclude by his preparing a report, then having a personal interaction with the participant to go over the findings in detail. This kind of assessment goes a long way toward finding “hidden” difficulties, blind spots, and heretofore unknown issues that can hinder success – or, find issues that, if amplified, can maximize it.
Additional Price: $2,000.00 (one-time charge) – Valued at a minimum of $5,000.00
Monthly One-on-One Meetings with Bill
Participants may also opt for an additional one-on-one meeting with Bill every month, separate from the monthly community meeting, to discuss personal and professional growth and obstacles in greater depth. Participation in the monthly meeting is still required, however.
Additional Price: $195.00/month – Valued at $500.00
APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE PROCESS
To secure a place in the Inner Circle Community, you must take the following three steps:
Send an email to bill@billtruby.com stating your request to be a part of the Inner Circle and the reason you want to be a part of the community. You will either get a return email that states there is no space available, or you will receive an email requesting a timeframe to move to step two.
Participate in a brief phone conversation with Bill Truby or one of the Truby Achievements team to assess your fit for the Inner Circle. If the Inner Circle is right for you, you will be moved to step three.
Provide and receive the appropriate information needed to become a part of the Inner Circle. (Participation agreement, full contact information, payment information, contact preferences, forum and Voxer setup, “add-on” requests, etc.)
