How much time will this take?
Each month you will receive noticeable results quickly.  We have chosen a comfortable pace of one training tool a month to allow for implementation and feed back. We will consider a quicker pace and schedule if a learning team collectively decides to do so. Your estimated time investment is as follows:

  • 1.5 hours once a month in a live, on-line training session with your learning team.
  • Implementation of a tool depends on the amount of staff you manage.
Example, a team of 20 people may take you 2 hours/month; a team of 12 may take you1 hour/month.
Though the time to implement tools may vary, all will  SAVE you time after implementation.
  • Additional material can be easily listened to or read at your convenience in about an hour or less.
  • Accountability tool may take you 10 minutes each month.
