training tool a month to allow for implementation and feed back. We
will consider a quicker pace and schedule if a learning team
collectively decides to do so. Your estimated time investment is as
follows:
- 1.5 hours once a month in a
live, on-line training session with your learning team.
- Implementation of a tool depends on
the amount of staff you manage.
Example,
a team of 20 people may take you 2 hours/month; a team of 12 may take
